How the registration and data collection process works

1. Register – Fill in the form below with your name, email, phone number and organisation, then submit it. No password is needed at this stage.
2. Review – Your request is sent to the project team for approval. This ensures that only relevant local knowledge holders and partners contribute to the database.
3. Approval & login details – Once your registration is approved, you will receive a welcome email with your login credentials (your email address and an automatically generated password). For security, the password is created only after approval.
4. Log in – Use the credentials from the welcome email to log in on the Login page. If you ever forget your password, you can request a new one from the Forgot password page.
5. Add and manage data – After logging in, you can access the data collection form, where you record and update information about your area's natural and intangible cultural heritage — places, traditions, stories and other local knowledge — and upload supporting images.
6. Contribute to the Strategy – The information you provide feeds into the open-source database and underpins the Strategy for the Green and Mystical Danube Storytelling Route.
